in my family,we were taught not to throw away food so whatever we don't eat goes back into the fridge and cooked in the stove or in the microwave the next day. the vegetables always rot in the fridge which is one thing i don't get because my mother always wants to be seen as a healthy eater. other than that everything in our fridge is everything we eat on a daily basis.
